By Leon Watson Updated: EDT, 13 January

At Earls Court, the A4 becomes dual carriageway, and continues along West Cromwell Road, over the West London Line into West Kensington and the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. A 5-mile ( km) section of the road from Knightsbridge to the Chiswick Flyover was the first section of Cleaway designated in London. I appreciate that you did not say that the taxi would pass by, or use the Hammersmith Flyover, but using Earls Court Road to get to Pimlico from Shepherds Bush, while possible, is not a good idea if you are pushed for time, and there is a straighter route available, whether the flyover is open or not.
